A particularly admirable person, whose strong will and great devotion, together with genuine talent make him worth becoming a role model for any of us. Ladies and gentlemen, let me present you Cezar Ouatu, the outstanding singer who will represent Romania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013!!

I don't have a doubt that, hearing his live performance, you'll be simply amazed by his breathtaking vocal techniques. He made a name for himself as 'Cezar The Voice', being one of the most skilled and appreciated countertenors in the world. During his fruitful career as an opera singer, he attended numerous music competitions and was awarded several international prizes.
