After a long architectural expedition,we are finally back to our 'Portraits' section, with a masterpiece worth viewing! The portrait was a gift for my lovely English teacher, Mona, who is not just a beautiful model for a work of art, but also a brilliant, dedicated teacher whose impact on my actual level of English has been huge. She definitely is a role model for all those who want to practice teaching more than as a career, but an always satisfying lifestyle. A role model for all of us who have the courage to say 'no' to mediocrity, to take the life into our hands and start a arduous journey of a lifetime to reach the greatest self-accomplishment: to get in the top, regardless of what our domain is, and to be appreciated by others for our wishes, for our reached goals, for what we are, body and soul.
This is a fact that does not depend on what field of study you choose. Making performance is of utmost importance in everything. These people are those our society must be proud of. Mona's strong-willed character is worth respecting, not only for a student of her's, but for every person who finds out her story.
Today, on your birthday, I wish you the best, Mona, keep having fun-packed teaching experiences, inspiring and motivating the children! Your classes will ever remain a gleaming memory in my soul, and yourself, one of the most precious and outstanding people I've ever met. May there be a great deal of years ahead for your everlasting youth and devotion. Lots of love from your Monica :* :*
Now, let's have a look on the evolution of the portrait:
And, finally...
