Sketch of the day #2 The Pyramids of Giza

Today's sketch brings us to the archaeological site on the Giza Plateau, on the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt. The Egyptian Pyramids are definitely some of the great tourists attractions worldwide and magnificent samples of architecture, whose secrets are still to be revealed.

The most renowned of them, the Great Pyramid, also known as the Pyramid of Khufu, is by far the oldest of the ancient Wonders and the only one still in existence. Its mysteries made subjects of countless studies and documentaries, but still, they can all be brought to life on a piece of paper by the magic of pencil...
