Well... all of us, students who have enjoyed their free time for the last 3 months should face up to the fact that the holidays are over... Cheer up! This is a new start, be optimistic - sometimes school is not only about heavy workload and assignments to deal with. For this reason, today I'll present you the way I decorate my notebooks - I've always loved calligraphy and book decoration and my notebooks are a real proof of this artistic approach I have towards school materials and not only :)
This design have been inspired by the exquisite Iranian painting, tazhib. This style may is sometimes adorned with golden leaf and the bright colours used create a spectacular effect. Tazhib in Iran dates back to the Sassanid era. It became an Islamic art, better known as arabesque.
This kind of drawing is a sample of perfection and great detail accuracy. Although it's quite difficult and time-consuming, I think it is worth all the effort, because the final aspect is truly amazing. Enjoy!
Below I posted three other designs ...
I know this article is something different from what I usually post, but, for the sake of the beginning of school, I hope you'll find it interesting :) Until the next time... Let your own Dreams of an Architect/Artist free to create and design <3
